This symposium aims to bring together scientists from Research Institute for Electronic Science (RIES) of Hokkaido University, Institute of Multidisciplinary Research for Advanced Materials (IMRAM) of Tohoku University, Laboratory for Chemistry and Life Science (CLS), Institute of Innovation Research of Tokyo Institute of Technology, Institute of Scientific and Industrial Research (ISIR) of Osaka University, Institute for Materials Chemistry and Engineering (IMCE) of Kyushu University, Research Center for Applied Sciences (RCAS) of Academia Sinica, and Center for Emergent Functional Matter Science (CEFMS) of National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan to enable stimulating discussions and exchange of information that might lead to further collaborations in the future.
