窒化物半導体に関する最先端の講演が集約された会議で、今年で５回目を迎える由緒ある会議です。
発表はInvited plenary 14件、Invited 21件、Contributed plenary 5件、Late news 7件で、一般のoral発表、ポスター発表を含めると全部で５１０件程でした。
採択率が低い中、秩父研及び共同研究機関からInvited 1件、Contributed plenary 1件、oral 3件、ポスター 1件の発表を行いました。
