  1. The library is totally Nonsmoking area.
  2. Drinking & eating are prohibited.
  3. Report immediately any problems, e.g., troubles of a copy machine to a library staff.
  4. When the papers for copying machines are almost run out, report it to a library staff.
  5. Do not use the library except for reading, studying, refer & copy of the books and journals.
