Open Hours	■ Open 9:00 - 17:00 on Weekdays ■ On the use overtime ： Students and Staffs belong to Institute of Multidisciplinary Research for Advanced Materials (IMRAM members) can enter the library anytime.
General	Entering to the stack room is not available
Reading & Checking out Books	■ Reading ： Browsing books and journals (without reference books and newly arrived magazines) are not available.（As for entering to the reading room, 9:00〜17:00 is available. ） ■ Checking out ： Stop （The books of IMRAM cannot be lent.） ■ Loan reservation / Order from other campuses through "Online Catalog". ： Loan reservation to other libraries is available continuously. Sending out from the IMRAM library to other libraries will be stopped.
Photocopying in the Library	■ Only reference books and newly arrived magazines can be copied. 　 Other books and journals can not be copied.
Inter Library Loan Service	■ Document Supply and Inter Library Loan ： As usual, request can be accepted by the following. At the IMRAM library 　Fill the Inter-Library (photicopy / Loan) services application form "out of Tohoku University" or "in Tohoku University" Online service via web 　「MyLibrary」 ■ Public expense registration application ： As usual, Application form can be accepted.
Certified User Card	■ Application form for issuing "library ID card" can be accepted
Searching Guide	Online Catalog of Tohoku University Library As usual, one special terminal is set up in the reading room. Reference Service The reference service that doesn't relate to the IMRAM materials can be accepted.
Notice	We will stop all the above-mentioned services when the move period. We will notify about it on this web site when the move period is decided.
