18th Japan-Korea Students' Symposium(東北大学, November 8th-10th 2017)体験記 (Writer:Du Yefung)

J-K Symposium started from 2000 year, that is  held in Japan and Korea every year by turns. This year,18th symposium  has been consummated  on 10/8~10/10,while drinking party operated every night during this period was proved to be enjoyed even more.(Lol)Even though we can it Japan-Korea symposium, actually there were international students from many countries, like China,Japan,Korea,France,Vietnam,Indonesia, etc. Meanwhile, since students work on different researches, various topics and studies has been displayed and discussed. In general,we shared ideas at both applications of Lithium battery, Fuel Cell, and basic studies on solid state ionic materials.
I made a oral presentation at symposium. It was my first time to have a presentation at formal occasion in front of so many international students and professors. In order to prepare well,I still remember I had been worked until at least 2 am every night a whole week before symposium.
Thanks to this experience, I had chance to taste the little joy after continuous hard working in a period. Also I ceased to hate this symposium because it brought up a pile of work to me one week before.Meantime,I shall present my deepest gratefulness and respect to Professor Amezawa, for the great patience and capabilities to help me grow up from kindergarten to high school by 3 times practice of oral presentation.LOL

Last but not least, we shared wonderful memories of our trip to Akyu waterfall with a small group of about 10 international students, both gorgeous and gentlemen. Although it’s short time,I still made some friends, and we promised each other we will see better us next year in Korea! Looking forward to that!
