The 2nd Student's joint seminar @ Sakunami Hotsprings

This was my first opportunity since I had joined the Amezawa Laboratory to join an academic conference. It was very excited. We have an awesome guest speaker from the United States. One Prof. Chueh from Stanford University; a very young, talented, and potential scientist and the other one is Prof. Adler from University of Washington. He is very wise and experienced professor. I learned how to systemically conduct a research from three aspects and how to do a critical thinking from their result. How do they analyze data and how they find out the explanation of their research issues.

The second session was a poster session for students who working related to the solid state ionic field. I also participated this session. I was impressed in many people work. We can share our ideas and have a lot of discussion in this session. It was honored to be discussing with many professors at this time. Because it was my first time to present my research works in the solid-state ionic field, even I cannot answer many questions from the audience. They were kindly advised me from their point of view. It is inspiring me to conduct further research and every comment I got was useful my future work. I am really enjoying this conference.

Thank you
